Description of problem: packaging targetcli and dependent libraries for gluster-block targetcli is a command-line interface for configuring the LIO generic SCSI target. TargetCli is the general management platform for the LIO/TCM/TCMU. TargetCli with its shell interface is used to configure LIO. Think it like a shell which makes life easy in configuring LIO core Version: targetcli 2.1.fb43 or higher Info: gluster-block is dependent on this for configuring its block devices.
