Description of problem: packaging gluster-block gluster-block is a CLI utility, which aims at making gluster backed block storage creation and maintenance as simple as possible. Upstream repo: https://github.com/gluster/gluster-block
Is this a DOWNSTREAM ONLY sub-package ? If not, then it has to be appropriately added to the upstream SPEC file.
