Verified w/ upgrade from 6.2.12 -> 6.3. Below steps are no longer part of upgrade when performing upgrade from 6.2 -> 6.3

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
