Description of problem: Attempt to install dragonegg on CentOS 7.3 fails due to incompatible gcc version.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): dragonegg.x86_64 0:3.4-5.el7


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.yum install dragonegg
2.
3.

Actual results: Error: Package: dragonegg-3.4-5.el7.x86_64 (epel)
                Requires: gcc = 4.8.5-4.el7
                Installed: gcc-4.8.5-11.el7.x86_64 (@base)


Expected results: Installation succeeds


Additional info: Dragonegg installed OK on CentOS 7.2
