Description of problem: I am unable to login to my 5.7.1.3 appliance using LDAP. It gives an error of "Validation failed: Email must be a valid email address" I upgraded one appliance to 5.7.1.3. I can not log in using LDAP authentication. My 5.7.0.17 appliance does not have this issue. The email address that LDAP returns has upper case characters and therefore I can not login. to reproduce, add an email address to the admin user. john.smith all is good. change it to John.Smith and it will fail. This is a show stopper. Please escalate if someone else hasn't already. The email validation is no longer accepting upper case characters in the users email address. john.smith works, John.Smith fails. 5.7.0.17 works fine. 5.7.1.3 fails.
