segfault worked around by downgrading kf5-kpackage to previous version from https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=829884

This is fixed in latest plasma-5.8.6 builds,
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-c262a33752
unfortunately, that one got stuck trying to send it to stable updates, sorry.
