Description of problem:
The List of Persistent Volumes grow exponentially upon refresh.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a persistent volume on an openshift provider.
2.Refresh that provider.
3.Go to Compute->Container->Volumes.
4.Repeat steps 2+3 to watch the list grow.. 

Actual results:
List of persistent volumes grow exponentially.

Expected results:
List should remain the same size.

Einat can anyone try to reproduce this in 5.7? If this happens there it's pretty serious and we have to rush to fix it.

Nimrod please keep investigating this with Zahi.

Pavel, please note that in order to reproduce the bug you'll need to perform a refresh at least 3 times (assuming there are no volumes in the DB before). 
Federico, I believe we will need to backport it.
