It should be inside the Password form, while right now it's right above the "Connect" button. (see attached screenshot). Tested with both Firefox and Chrome, same behavior. I must correct myself - position is similar in upstream horizon - it's just not as visible as the background is dark when using our theme. I've attached another screenshot, showing the icon when we remove the theme.

That looks like a bug upstream -- the icon should be inside the password field. It's possible that this is a version mismatch with one of the CSS libraries we use.
