Description of problem:

the icon/button to reveal the password is in the wrong place. 
It should be inside the Password form, while right now it's right above the "Connect" button. (see attached screenshot).

Tested with both Firefox and Chrome, same behavior.

I must correct myself - position is similar in upstream horizon - it's just not as visible as the background is dark when using our theme.

I've attached another screenshot, showing the icon when we remove the theme.

That looks like a bug upstream -- the icon should be inside the password field. It's possible that this is a version mismatch with one of the CSS libraries we use.
