VM_provision_templates_table_shift_problem

Description of problem:
This problem was seen for both RHV-4.0.5, and VSphere6

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
CFME-5.8.0.7

How reproducible:
Just VM provision from template: The templates table is shifted, as seen in 
the attached screen shot.

Additional info:
This problem seem fail all Provision tests, when trying to choose an existing test, and not fining it, though it exists.

On a manual check in the CFME UI, template can be chosen.

Seems to be a UI issue, may re-assign to UI component?

Moving qe_test_coverage to +, as there are VM provision tests running in QE automation.

Marcel,
I do not recall such UI bug, that makes a shift in the table.

Moving back to CFME Core team, as this is not RHV specific.
