Description of problem:
Existing weekly syncplan.
I want to disable the syncplan. I can deselect it. When saved, it gives an error. The error it provides is:
An error occurred saving the Sync Plan: undefined method `iso8601' for nil:NilClass

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.2.8

How reproducible:
Create syncplan
Add products.
Schedule it.
Run syncplan.
Disable syncplan.


Actual results:
An error occurred saving the Sync Plan: undefined method `iso8601' for nil:NilClass

Expected results:
Syncplan disabled.
