Complete refactoring of the iSCSI connection mechanism for improved reliability. For optimum results, this fix must be used with openstack-cinder version 10.0.3-3 or later, and iscsi-initiator-utils version 6.2.0.874-2 or later.

running full tempest test + downstream tempest

According to our records, this should be resolved by python-os-brick-1.11.0-5.el7ost.  This build is available now.
