Delete_Backing_Button_Problem.png

Description of problem:
Button is stuck in the middle and grayed out (see attached screenshot).
However, if pressing it, it does allow to choose the Yes/No options, 
in a valid way, and the functionality of Delete Backing: Yes/No options works fine.

CFME-5.8.0.11
RHV-4.0.7, RHV-4.1.1.8

Additional info: 
Although the Delete Backing button functionality is working,
it is a bad user experience, and it do not look good.

The button is no longer stuck and greyed out, however when in YES position, there is 1px line at the bottom.
