I've subscribed a Content Host (CH) using Activation Key, confirmed its status using CLI and it matched green icon on Satellite UI. After that I've unsubscribed CH using CLI and UI updated do red icon. After that I subscribed CH again and status successfully got updated on UI. Tests done against 6.3 snap 18 so I'm moving this BZ to VERIFIED.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
