RHOSP12 director will deploy OpenStack services as containers. Need the fluentd Client to adhere to this approach.

This bugzilla has been removed from the release and needs to be reviewed and Triaged for another Target Release.

Status:

Upstream patch exists but it´s not merged yet. team is working on some bits and to have CI working.

Level of confidence to deliver is still high and fluentd container should not affect CI Phase1.

Heat templates are missing logging parameters, so we need to also fix that to have functional fluentd container.
