Created attachment 1281538 [details] Patch for specfile Hello. Because tinyrpc seems to be unmaintained upstream [0] I think it is a good idea to update it to the latest commit in the upstream repository [1]. The second good reason is that some packages depend on the tinyrpc python3 subpackage. I prepared patch for specfile where: - the most up to date version is used - python3 subpackage is enabled I had to skip two test files but the reason for this are basically incompatible tests and not tinyrpc itself. I am working on the python-ryu package which has tinyrpc as a test dependency and for now, everything looks good to me when I am using this new version of python[23]-tinyrpc as build requires for python-ryu. Let me know what do you think about it. Have a nice day. I just built it in https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=897337 in rawhide. is that ok or do you need to get it backported to f26?
Thank you very much for the quick reply. It would be great if you could build it in F26.
