Description of problem:
Current downstream ceph-ansible includes seed files in preparation for the merger of the ceph-iscsi playbooks. However, until this merge happens the presence of these files causing a conflict when the ceph-iscsi-ansible rpm install is attempted.

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ceph-ansible
2. Attempt to install ceph-iscsi-ansible rpm on the ansible host
3.

Actual results:
install of the ceph-iscsi-ansible rpm fails due to file conflicts

Expected results:
ceph-iscsi-ansible should install on top of the ceph-ansible environment without issues.

Additional info:
Installation of the ansible playbooks for iscsi should only be provided by the ceph-iscsi-ansible rpm until the iscsi playbooks are merged with ceph-ansible (planned for RHCS 3.0)

Tested and VERIFIED on:
  ceph-ansible-2.2.10-1.el7scon.noarch
  ceph-iscsi-ansible-1.5-5.el7scon.noarch

It is possible to install both packages ceph-ansible and ceph-iscsi-ansible together without any conflict.
Also creation/installation of Ceph cluster works correctly with just ceph-ansible installed (without ceph-iscsi-ansible).

  ceph-ansible-2.2.11-1.el7scon.noarch
