Description of problem:
While installing monitor node the ceph-installer task fails with error-code 1. The detailed task output is below

warnings can be disabled by setting deprecation_warnings=False in ansible.cfg.

The error appears to have been in '/usr/share/ceph-ansible/site.yml.sample': line 100, column 5, but may
be elsewhere in the file depending on the exact syntax problem.
