Description of problem:

Is it possible we can mix DPDK and SR-IOV in same openstack hypervisors?

Currently we have ethX (east/west traffic), and ethY (north/south traffic) for DPDK.

Is it possible we run DPDK on ethX, and SR-IOV on ethY?

If yes, is there any docs of how to set it up?
