Note to QE: on master we detected install failure on http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/test-repo_ovirt_experimental_master/7172/testReport/%28root%29/003_00_metrics_bootstrap/configure_metrics/ due to the change of the ownership of the fluentd process which is now running with root permissions instead of fluentd user permissions.

Please ensure to cover fresh installs and upgrades with test cases.
