Description of problem:

While integrating gluster with oVirt, an HTTPS url was used to register the webhook with gluster-events.

The webhook test fails with error:
NOT OK: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:579)
