Closing as parent CVE is moderate and has a mitigation and is closed already, Also i see glance have a spec for this https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/glance-specs/+/468179/8/specs/rocky/approved/glance/mitigate-ossn-0075.rst but don't see much actions there, as it will be fixed in glance it will get imported in RDO.
