Still can reproduce it:
1) Deployed 126.96.36.199 appliance
2) Added ec2 provider
3) Upgraded to 188.8.131.52
4) Still no storage managers.
QE seems to have failed. Can you take a look?
Fixed on both Fine and master:
Verified in 184.108.40.206.
Upgraded from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168.
Triggered full refresh and let it be for some time and no errors in logs.
