Still can reproduce it: 1) Deployed 5.7.4.0 appliance 2) Added ec2 provider 3) Upgraded to 5.8.2.2 4) Still no storage managers.

Verified in 5.7.4.1. Upgraded from 5.7.4.1 to 5.8.2.3. Triggered full refresh and let it be for some time and no errors in logs.
