Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a DC with 3.6 compatibility and cluster with 3.6 cluster compatibility
2. Add 3 RHGS node to the cluster
3. Create arbitrated replicate 3 volume

Actual results:

Unable to create arbitrated replicate volume

Expected results:
-----------------
Creation of arbitrated replicate volume should be successful

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

The arbiter support is available only at cluster level 4.1. To have this support, RHGS needs to update vdsm to 4.1 compatibility or higher.
Please open a bug in RHGS to enable this functionality.
I'm closing this bug cantfix as there is no action needed on oVirt

I have raised bug BZ 1493440 asking for latest vdsm with RHGS for managing RHGS node in RHV 4.1 cluster
