Description of problem:

Currently, RHGS ships the vdsm which only helps to manage RHGS with RHV 3.6 cluster only. 
In order to manage RHGS nodes with 4.1 cluster, the latest vdsm is required with RHGS

Managing RHGS nodes in RHV cluster compatibility of 4.1 is much required, as RHV 4.1 cluster helps with the creation of arbiter volume from RHV UI ( BZ 1484653 )

This is fixed via bug 1503070. The vdsm reports a 4.1 compat level in RHGS 3.4
