Removing RFE tag, because missing health checks in a monitoring system is actually a defect, which has to be fixed. Moving to 13.z as quite a number of container health checks are still under review upstream. Retargeting to OSP15 as there are still lots of patches not merged upstream. Here is the list of containers that don't have healthcheck.
