gnome-bluetooth-manager fails to start. It gives a python error message.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in the console, run gnome-bluetooth-manager

Actual Results:  $ gnome-bluetooth-manager

Expected Results:  Gnome bluetooth manager starts
