Description of problem:
There is Unity cinder driver since Ocata time
https://github.com/openstack/cinder/tree/master/cinder/volume/drivers/dell_emc

Customers are asking for unity support for OSP10.
Upstream newton is closed and closed for a long time for new functionality.
