Add back bug dependency I've deleted by mistake
As I'm working on LXD packaging (so far in COPR only), I also created the necessary RPMs for LXC 3.0 at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/ganto/lxc3 @Thomas Moschny: I saw you started packaging the new LXC release in Fedora. If you need some assistance/testing please let me know. Btw. I'm also in the packager group.

LXC has been update to 3.0.1 in Rawhide. @Reto Gantenbein yeah, the goal is to land LXD in Fedora eventually. But that'll be some work, properly adding all its Go dependencies. I'll definitively have a look at your COPR.
