Description of problem:

Breaks bash autocomplete

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

tracer-0.6.13.1-2.fc26

How reproducible:

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install tracer-0.6.13.1-2.fc26 from updates-testing
2. Open a terminal
3. Bash prints: bash: register-python-argcomplete: command not found
4. distro-sync back down to 0.6.12-6.fc26 removes the error

Actual results:

bash autocomplete prints error message

Expected results:

stable version doesn't cause error message
