Description of problem: AArch64 requires shim-signed-13-0.6 . Relevant bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1489604
Assigning to Petr, platform and host modules' resident shim expert.
Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 27-server-beta by Fedora user sgallagh using the blocker tracking app because: aarch64 is not a blocking architecture, but as this bug prevents it from booting at all on some hardware, it should be fixed.

Hopefully, we can just pull in shim-signed-13-0.7 which is the latest version in the stable traditional repo.
Discussed during the 2017-11-06 blocker review meeting: [1] The decision to classify this bug as an AcceptedFreezeException was made as this prevents installs on an entire (non-blocking) arch from working, so clearly worth an FE. The relevant shim-signed build is in 'regular' 27 Final and stable already, so we know it works. Marking as MODIFIED. I'll move it to ON_QA when a compose including it arrives (should be in tonight's nightly).
