This needs to be done on 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, and master.

If it's something like a tracker bug where it doesn't matter, please set the severity to Low.

My services list view does not have any custom buttons per sey... this work appears to duplicate the efforts in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1510469 looking to close this as a dupe?
