Steps to Reproduce:
To Creating a Storage Quality of Service Entry
1.Click the Data Centers resource tab and select a data center.
2.Click QoS in the details pane.
3.Click Storage.
3.Click New.
4.Enter a name for the quality of service entry in the QoS Name field.
5.Enter a description for the quality of service entry in the Description field.
6.Specify the throughput quality of service:
6.1 Select the Total check box, in throughout area.
6.2 Input letters in the Total field.


Actual results:
Total field getting red, but still could click OK button, to create it.
After create it ,it will be "Ulimited."

Expected results:
Total field getting red, click OK button without "close dialogue window and create it."
