Description of problem:
Update 0.12 of LXQt is available. This is a tracker bug to can close all component releated reports as duplicates because we need an update first to lxqt-build-tools, liblxqt etc. Then we'll do a complete upgrade of all relevant individual components and applications.

0.11.x

How reproducible:
yes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf groupinstall lxqt
2.
3.

Actual results:
Version 0.11 gets installed.

Expected results:
Current version gets installed (actually 0.12).

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle.
Changing version to '28'.

I'm not doing fedora work anymore, i left due felt harassed too much, was feeling depressive and been on Fedora contribution was making my life miserable.
So good luck for the ones remaining on this project and i hope in the future someone on right mind in Fesco understand the toxicity some parts of project is raising and stop this.
