Normal UI showing logo

Description of problem:
When setting a custom logo, it does not display in the self-service UI, but DOES display in the normal UI.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.2.3.20171016155816_aaec796

How reproducible:
Set a custom logo and then navigate to the Self-service UI


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload and enable a custom logo into all appliances performing WebUI function
2. Navigate to the normal UI and notice that the logo is displayed correctly,
3. Navigate to the self-service UI and notice that the logo is NOT displayed

Actual results:
No custom logo on the self-service UI

Expected results:
Ability to have logo on both Interfaces be the same
