Description of problem:

When deployment Openstack with TLS/SSL for all endpoints following documentation https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/12/html/advanced_overcloud_customization/sect-enabling_internal_ssltls_on_the_overcloud, if we're doing it with ceph storage, it failed during ceph-ansible because it can't start mon deamon.

1. Follow docs
2. add ceph-storage configuration
3.

Actual results:

stack create failed

Expected results:

stack create complete

Additional info:
Adding :
  CephAnsibleExtraConfig:
    mon_use_fqdn: true

as saying in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1507888#c5
fixed the issue.

So we should add a note when setting CloudDomain and CloudName*, that if we're using ceph deployment we shoud set this parameter in storage yaml file.
