Currently, the block storage backup administration is a limited section in our stoage guide [1] 

The goal is this RFE is to create a dedicated and more comprehensive centralized Block Storage Backup Guide that will cover the Cinder backup service, backup options, Backup drivers integration, Ceph integration, hybrid cloud providers integration as well as proper troubleshooting, and best practices.
