Description of problem:

To support the cephfsnfs back end for manila in OSP13 the manila share container must be built with the latest ceph packages.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Upstream version of the ceph packages is luminous >= 12.2.2 (that's what we are using with TripleO deployments).  Reportedly these will be in RHCS 3.0.z2

We need to make sure we are testing and function against GA Ceph 3.0 content.  But we should probably make sure we have testing plans to make sure we can test against upcoming ceph 3.0 z stream updates if there is new functionality there.

Verified. 
The RPMs in the current docker image of manila share are
$ rpm -qa | grep ceph

ceph-common-12.2.4-6.el7cp.x86_64
