Since version 4.2 oVirt supports having ISO disks on a data domain and attaching them to a VM as a CDROM device.
There needs to be a tool that will convert existing ISO domains to data domains that can be connected to an oVirt setup

This bug didn't get any attention for a while, we didn't have the capacity to make any progress. If you deeply care about it or want to work on it please assign/target accordingly
