Description of problem:
Kibana page displays "OPENSHIFT ORIGIN" in the upper left hand corner on OpenShift Container Platform.

The bug wasn't fixed in the latest image /openshift3/logging-kibana/images/v3.6.173.0.104-1

The image versions seem to be off.  The change is found in this image: https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/buildinfo?buildID=659733 which is the latest as of today and tagged: logging-kibana-docker-v3.6.173.0.96-11 and includes: http://pkgs.devel.redhat.com/cgit/rpms/logging-kibana-docker/commit/?h=rhaos-3.6-rhel-7&id=02acda7c37f33d8db6e3b837c459622a9c9b4e95

According to RHBA-2018:1106, OpenShift v3.5 is also affected, but as far as I can see, the latest image of Kibana ("v3.5.5.31.67") still shows "OpenShift Origin" in the header.
