Will verify this defect after https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1548622 is fixed

Tested with metrics-cassandra-v3.9.0-0.53.0.0,
unlogged_batch_across_partitions_warn_threshold is set to 30 now, sanity testing is passed.

Set it to VERIFIED.
