Verified on 5.9.2.0.20180320210136_355c506 that proper flash error messages are shown under Control -> Explorer -> Conditions -> VM and Instance Conditions -> Configuration -> Add a New Condition when: * the scope, expression, and description are all blank * the expression and description is blank * the description is blank
