Description of problem:

i was updating cluster compat level and the dialog was showing couple of <br> tas in the message

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-4.2.2.1-0.1.el7.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to update from 4.1 to 4.2 cluster

Actual results:
couple of <br> in the message

Expected results:
without <br> html

Isnn’t it the same issue as in all those other dialogs?

I just tried on master, and its fine, checked the version in which this was backported, you need 4.2.2.3 to get the fix.
