Description of problem:
 Currently gdeploy supports full feature of VDO from gdeploy-2.0.2-25 on wards.
Cockpit should make sure the version is greater or equal to enable vdo option.

This will need to be 4.2.4 unless it is a blocker or exception.

Tested with cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.11.23

1. Installed gdeploy-2.0.2-19, and verified that the VDO options are not enabled in UI
2. Installed gdeploy-2.0.2-26 and verified that the VDO options are enabled

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.3 release, published on May 4th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.3 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
