From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050416 Fedora/1.0.3-2 Firefox/1.0.3 Description of problem: Openoffice.org takes a few seconds to repaint all its buttons every time you do something like save. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start oowrite 2. Save the blank document Actual Results: Buttons are slowly repainted Expected Results: Buttons should be repainted in a fraction of a second Additional info:
For an even slower save, try saving something in OpenOffice Draw. There are more buttons to repaint, so it takes longer - and it also does apparently unnecessary no-change repaints (disabled->disabled) as well. Sorry, I omitted the version number: openoffice.org-draw-1.9.96-2
