Description of problem:
I'm unable to remove migration tasks that are stuck in progress. There is no option to remove them from the migration tasks (Compute->Migration->Overview).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
master.20180417121918_2dd64f8 

How reproducible:
Only under certain conditions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a migration plan to migration a VM, which leads to a task being in endless progress.

Actual results:
Migration task is stuck on progress.

Expected results:
There should be an option to remove migration tasks or stop them from running.
