Description of problem:
Bluetooth doesn't work.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Any kernel above version kernel-4.15.13-300

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot with any kernel version above version kernel-4.15.13-300

Actual results:
- dmesg shows: "Bluetooth: hci0: don't support firmware rome 0x1020200"
- Bluetooth stops working.

Expected results:
Bluetooth functions as normal

Additional info:
lsusb show that I have: "Bus 003 Device 007: ID 0cf3:3004 Qualcomm Atheros Communications AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0" using
