Due to a bug, the NetworkManager service failed in certain cases to apply static IPv6 addresses on a network bridge configured for both static and automatic IPv6 addressing. This bug has been fixed, and as a result, the static IPv6 addresses now are always applied.

this works well now, ipv6 address and link local address is correctly set
