Add new driver to Windows guest tools:

* vioinput - for the virtio-keyboard-pci, virtio-mouse-pci,
virtio-tablet-pci, and virtio-input-host-pci device on Windows 7 and
newer.

Does i440 support it? Why do we need it? Or is it just for Q35? Does it replace the regular PS2 mouse and keyboard?

It was recommended to us by Amnon. We may not need it in our use case.
Amnon, can you help with the overall benefit of installing this driver?

I believe we can skip it (at least till we get a specific customer request)
