Description of problem:
On the basis of current https://redhat.invisionapp.com/share/8QCOEVEY9#/screens/247445416, there are two information tooltips, which are not present on web-ui.

3.4

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to WA
2.Click on import button

Actual results:
No information icons present.

Expected results:
Two information icon must be present, one near cluster name and other near volume profiling.
