Description of problem: The OpenVSwitch portions shipped from Fast Datapath should include openvswitch-selinux-extra-policy, which supersedes os-ovs.pp.bz2 from openstack-selinux.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.0-3.el7fdp
